The International Alliance for Peace and Development hosting Joint Mission From a number of organizations under the slogan Unite for Peace
The International Alliance for Peace and Development in Geneva is glad to host and participate with joint mission which consist of four organizations: International Alliance for Peace and Development, international Consultations Group, Maat for Peace development and human rights, and partners for transparency. And the arrival of members of the mission today to Geneva, 22 June 2019
This mission includes 26 participants from European, Arab and African countries (Switzerland, Italy, Latvia, Romania, Turkey, Egypt, Somalia, Kenya)
The International Alliance seeks to spread the culture of peace among people and to promote the values of tolerance and love, and Alliance also seeks to promote sustainable development around the world. The International Alliance works to counter hatred, violence and extremism and to work side by side with the UN mechanism and other affective institutions all over the world. the International Alliance emphasizes that the necessary for coexistence and respect for cultural diversity, the International Alliance asserts that the mission’s aim is spreading the values of peace.
In this regard the International Alliance provides logistical services to the members of the joint mission. And the Alliance will also participate in a training course for training participants on how to cooperate with UN human rights mechanisms around the world, in conjunction with the 41st Session of the UN Human Rights Council, which will begin on 24 June 2019.
The international Alliance will organize the rally “Unit for Peace” in front of the broken chair beside place des Nations, in cooperation with mission organizations, because The Alliance believes that the importance of peace and non-violence to achieve a good life for human and respect for his right to life. this rally is the beginning of a major event prepared by the Alliance and joint mission during its participation in the session in Geneva and will be announced at the beginning of the session.
The International Alliance will also organize a training course on sustainable development goals to enhance the understanding of the mission’s participants of the importance of sustainable development
