Organis\u00e9e tous les 13 octobre, cette journ\u00e9e c\u00e9l\u00e8bre la mani\u00e8re dont les populations et les communaut\u00e9s du monde entier r\u00e9duisent leur exposition aux catastrophes et sensibilisent \u00e0 l\u2019importance de ma\u00eetriser les risques auxquels elles sont confront\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;Alliance internationale pour la paix et le d\u00e9veloppement souligne que malgr\u00e9 le r\u00f4le actif des syst\u00e8mes d&#039;alerte pr\u00e9coce dans la pr\u00e9vision et la r\u00e9duction des catastrophes naturelles, ils ne suffisent plus \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le lourd tribut de la col\u00e8re de la nature qui s&#039;est dramatiquement aggrav\u00e9e ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.
