Le terrorisme est fondamentalement un d\u00e9ni des droits de l\u2019homme et la destruction de ces droits. La prise en compte des droits des victimes du terrorisme est l\u2019un des principaux moyens de contrer la menace du terrorisme transfrontalier.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, le monde a comm\u00e9mor\u00e9 le deuxi\u00e8me anniversaire des victimes du terrorisme. L\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Nations Unies a adopt\u00e9 cette journ\u00e9e dans une r\u00e9solution visant \u00e0 honorer et \u00e0 soutenir les victimes et les survivants du terrorisme et \u00e0 promouvoir et prot\u00e9ger leur plein exercice de leurs droits de l\u2019homme et de leurs libert\u00e9s fondamentales. La c\u00e9l\u00e9bration met l\u2019accent sur la capacit\u00e9 des victimes et de leurs familles \u00e0 r\u00e9sister et \u00e0 s\u2019adapter \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, ainsi que sur les efforts qui les ont aid\u00e9s \u00e0 gu\u00e9rir, \u00e0 se r\u00e9tablir et \u00e0 rester forts et unis contre le terrorisme.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019Indice mondial du terrorisme, le nombre de victimes du terrorisme a consid\u00e9rablement diminu\u00e9, l\u2019impact du terrorisme a diminu\u00e9 dans 94 pays et a augment\u00e9 dans 46 pays, mais l\u2019Alliance internationale estime que le terrorisme sous toutes ses formes reste un d\u00e9fi mondial en raison des graves dommages caus\u00e9s aux personnes.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;Alliance internationale pour la paix et le d\u00e9veloppement cherche \u00e0 faire face au ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne du terrorisme et de la violence. L&#039;Alliance internationale m\u00e8ne diverses activit\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur de Gen\u00e8ve visant \u00e0 contrer le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne du terrorisme, de la violence et de l&#039;extr\u00e9misme. L&#039;Alliance a ainsi organis\u00e9 plusieurs ateliers en Pologne, en Gr\u00e8ce et en Suisse sur \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20190813231559\/https:\/www.un.org\/counterterrorism\/ctitf\/un-global-counter-terrorism-strategy\">Strat\u00e9gie antiterroriste mondiale des Nations Unies<\/a> et organise \u00e9galement des rassemblements pacifiques sur la paix, la non-violence et la lutte contre le terrorisme devant le si\u00e8ge de l&#039;ONU \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve, et l&#039;IAPD a lanc\u00e9 des campagnes contre le terrorisme, la violence et l&#039;extr\u00e9misme.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;Alliance internationale appelle \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de s&#039;attaquer aux situations qui contribuent \u00e0 la propagation du terrorisme. L&#039;IAPD appelle \u00e9galement les Nations Unies \u00e0 imposer des sanctions aux \u00c9tats qui parrainent le terrorisme. L&#039;IAPD exhorte \u00e9galement les Nations Unies \u00e0 assumer la responsabilit\u00e9 du renforcement des capacit\u00e9s, de la r\u00e9habilitation et de la protection des droits des victimes des crimes terroristes afin d&#039;\u00e9tablir la justice p\u00e9nale, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la paix au sein des communaut\u00e9s du monde.
